What is Cálculo Rescisão?
Cálculo Rescisão is a tool to calculate the amount of money that an employee is entitled to upon the end of his or her employment contract.
The amount of money an employee is entitled to will be calculated based on the information provided in the TRCT (Term of Termination of Employment Contract). The TRCT provides a list of the different elements that need to be considered in the calculation.
Once all the information is calculated, the result is the number of days that the employee is paid. This number can be converted into hours, depending on how much the employee is paid per day.
The Cálculo Rescisão app can be used by both the employee and the employer. The app is intended to help them calculate the amount of money they are owed.
